DETAILS REGARDING REGISTERATION

1. Only team registration is allowed.

2. No individual registration is allowed.

3. Minimum number of members in a team-8

       Maximum number of members in a team-12

   4. The registration fees break-up is as under:​

   (a) Per individual in a team: Rs. 1000

   (b) Security fees per team: Rs. 500

    5. The security fee is refundable. It will be paid back to the teams at the end of the event.

    6. Registration form is to be filled online only.

    7. The registration fee is to be submitted offline on or before 28th February 2019.

    8. To submit the registration fees before 28th February 2019, the participants need to contact the Student Coordinator or the             Student Secretary.

    9. The students opting to pay the registration fees on 28th February 2019 can do so at the registration desk.

   10. Accommodation and food will be arranged by the organizing University.

   11. Transport facilities for the participants will not be provided by the University.
