I-EXPO:

The participating team will showcase their innovations as prototypes (in case of products) and service blueprint (for services) and will present the same. The objective of this event is to provide a platform to the aspiring entrepreneurs.

Round 1: Showcasing the prototypes/blueprint. Here elimination rounds will be done

Round 2: A final presentation will be done. Winner will be announced after this stage.

RULES AND REGULATION

To participate in this event; team members per institution- 4

Phase 1

• Participants will be given a time of 1 day  prior to the actual commencement of the event to design a product prototype or the service blueprint

• There will be segmented competition.

• The teams will be divided in two categories:

1. Teams competing in the product category

2. Teams competing in the service category

• Both the teams will be judged differently

• The product prototype or the service blueprint should be innovative

• The result for Phase 1 will be announced one day before the commencement of the event

 

 

 

Phase 2

• The selected teams will have to prepare a presentation discussing in length about their offerings (product/service)

• The whole team has to be present during the Phase 2. If any member from a particular team is absent then the whole team will be disqualified

• The presentation time for each team will be of 12 minutes and the Q&A round will be of 3 minutes

• The presentation prepared should not constitute more than 12 slides excluding the cover slide and the ending slide

• The basis for judgement will be creativity, innovativeness and uniqueness in both the prototype/blueprint and its presentation

• Decision of the judge will be final and not subject to any changes
