    Power Lifting-

  • Participants are not allowed to wear jeans, shirts and slippers

  • Participants are allowed to wear elbow and knee support

  • The order of lifts will be as follows:

  • Squat

  • Bench Press

  • Dead – Lift

  • Lifters will receive 3 attempts per lift. The highest of the successful attempts will count towards a lifter’s total

  • Winners will be determined on the basis of per-body weight formula

  • If any participant misbehaves, then he shall be disqualified
