Power Lifting-

Participants are not allowed to wear jeans, shirts and slippers

Participants are allowed to wear elbow and knee support
-
The order of lifts will be as follows:
-
Squat
-
Bench Press
-
Dead – Lift
-
Lifters will receive 3 attempts per lift. The highest of the successful attempts will count towards a lifter’s total
-
Winners will be determined on the basis of per-body weight formula
-
If any participant misbehaves, then he shall be disqualified
